Cosmic Kids has videos for kids on yoga, mindfulness and relaxation. These interactive adventures build strength, balance and confidence – and get kids into yoga and mindfulness early!

These sessions are taught by Jaime who is a qualified adult yoga teacher (E-RYT 200) and a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT) accredited by Yoga Alliance.
